Funding for The Arts in Education Institute is provided by:
- New York State Council on the Arts
- Oishei Foundation
- Erie County Office of Arts, Culture and Tourism
TARGET provided funding for Emmet Belknap Middle School in Lockport, NY to receive a Music unit of study 2010-2011
GENERAL MILLS provided funding for the Institute's Summer Arts Camp that took place at Cazenovia Park (South Buffalo) during the months of July and August 2010.
THE CHILDREN'S FOUNDATION OF ERIE COUNTY provided funding for the Institute's Summer Arts Camp that took place at Cazenovia Park (South Buffalo) during the months of July and August 2010.
THE NIAGARA FALLS HOUSING AUTHORITY provided funding for the Institute's Summer Arts Camp for High School Students that took place at Niagara Falls High School during the months of July and August 2010.
WNY UNITED provided funding in order that the Institute could incorporate programming in the Arts into their Leadership In Training Camp that took place at Medaille College during the months of July and August 2010.
Veterans Art Program:
The Roycroft Campus Corporation, AIE Institute, and the Buffalo Vet Center have teamed to develop the Veterans Art Therapy Program.
Graphic Novel Unit:
Students are learning how to tell their own stories through words and images in study the graphic novel The Arrival by Shaun Tan.
